WelcomePage class

A welcome page that serves as the entry point of the application.

This page performs several tasks upon loading:

Checks for internet connectivity.
Requests necessary permissions (microphone, storage, phone).
Initializes the authentication state.
Redirects the user to either the login screen or the home screen based on their authentication status.
